Registration and Cancellation

Advance reservations are required for workshops and classes held at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. Please review the Registration and Cancellation Policy before enrolling.

Registration and Cancellation Workshops and classes with tuition of $100 or less require full payment at time of enrollment. Workshops and classes with tuition greater than $100 require a minimum deposit of 50 percent to enroll. Balance is due 30 days prior to the first day of class. If a participant withdraws, a $50 cancellation fee will be retained. Due to administrative costs, cancellations received two weeks prior to the start of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. Class fees will not be prorated for late enrollment. Programs are held “rain or shine” unless the Museum is closed due to severe weather conditions.

Wait List Waiting lists are available after classes are full and are maintained in the order reservations are received. Should a space become available, you will be contacted by phone.

Publicity Waiver Unless notified otherwise, enrollment indicates authorization of your photo, or your child’s photo in any future National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum® advertising, publicity and publications issued from the Museum. Your likeness or your child’s, could appear on a billboard, print ad, brochure, magazine, television, web site, flier, etc. The Museum is not responsible for unauthorized reproductions made by individuals not associated with the Museum.
