On Saturday, keep your eye out for Bill Pickett, rodeo cowboy, famous for (among other things) introducing bulldogging to modern rodeo. Sunday, look for the Buffalo Soldier, a member of the U.S. Army cavalry and infantry regiments of Black men that served from 1867 – 1869.
