Sunday Spotlight: Unstoppable

One Sunday a month, guests learn the specifics behind a unique artifact from the Museum’s collection, thus opening a window to learning even more about a particular culture, individual or moment in time. Learn more about the newest addition to Liichokoshkomo’, Unstoppable by artist Gene “IronMan” Smith, who is of Choctaw and Lakota descent. This piece won the Grand Award at the 2021 Red Earth Festival. Hear from “IronMan” about his inspiration and creation of Unstoppable. From there, explore the rest of Liichokoshkomo’  and the Museum galleries at your own pace. Free for members or with Museum admission.
