Make the Museum your personalized space! This package includes a facilitated space without the hassle of setting up, cleaning up and putting up. It is the perfect package for the DIY party planner!

Package includes:

  • Admission to the Museum for up to 15 children and accompanying adults
  • Use of the Museum’s Annie Oakley Society Event Center for up to 2 hours
  • Access to Liichokoshkomo’ and the Friess Family Playground with free choice of activities
  • A Mystery History Box for the birthday child
  • Digital signage celebrating birthday child
  • Paper goods for 15 and table coverings
  • Cake cutting supplies
  • Reading nook for storytelling
  • Setup, breakdown and clean up

Pony Up!

Upgrade your birthday with a truly stress-free party package. With this upgrade, experience the Museum at its full potential. Pony Up! package includes all amenities of Goin’ West and the following:

  • Museum-themed e-invite
  • Juice beverages for 15 children
  • Cowboy hat for birthday child
  • Party favors for 15 children
  • Table décor
  • 30-minute facilitated tour through Prosperity Junction or Liichokoshkomo’, occurring within allotted party time

  • We are excited to welcome you and your party to the museum!The National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum is America’s premier institution of Western history, art and culture. The Museum collects, preserves and exhibits an internationally renowned collection of Western art and artifacts. Please review the important guidelines below and pass the information on to your party guests. By doing this, you are helping the Museum in the preservation of its collection- Thank you! If you have any questions, please contact us at (405) 478-2250 or email aconley@nationalcowboymuseum.orgArrival: Birthday parties are held on Saturdays, 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Party must start and end between those designated times. You are welcome to set up your space for guests no more than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your party. Upon arrival, please check in with the Visitor Services desk located in the entrance of the Museum.Food: Food (cake, snacks, candies, etc.) and drink are allowed into the Annie Oakley Society Event Center for your party. Please be mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions that your guests may have. Refrigeration is not available. Food and drink must be escorted to your party space on a cart provided by Museum staff. Please note that alcohol is not allowed in the Annie Oakley Society Event Center and Museum.Decorations: You are welcome to bring any additional table décor or party decoration. However, please do not bring any wall decorations to adhere to the wall or confetti/glitter.

    Candles: Birthday candles may ONLY be used within the Annie Oakley Society Event Center

    Service Ware: While paper products such as napkins, plates, forks, and spoons are initially provided for 15 guests, you are welcome to bring your own. Serving utensils will be provided for cake cutting for you to take with you after the party concludes.

    Admission: Upon party purchase you will receive admission for 15 children and accompanying adults. Children are classified at 3 and up for Birthday parties. Admission for additional children is available at a rate of $5 per child. Admission includes Museum access for the entire day.

    Miscellaneous: National Cowboy Museum Education Staff will be on-site for your event but are not exclusive to the birthday party. Use of electric appliances requires prior approval.


  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to reserved date will receive a full refund or rescheduled date (subject to availability)
  • Parties cancelled within less than 30 days-notice will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee
  • Cancellation must be made in writing
  • Refunds not given for “no shows”
