Make the Museum your personalized space! This package includes a facilitated space without the hassle of setting up, cleaning up and putting up. It is the perfect package for the DIY party planner!

Package includes:

• Use of the Museum’s Annie Oakley Society Event Center for up to 2 hours
• Access to Liichokoshkomo’ and the Friess Family Playground with free choice of activities
• Admission to the Museum for up to 20 total individuals 3 years old and up.
• A Mystery History Box for the birthday child
• Digital signage celebrating the birthday child.
• Paper goods for 20 and table coverings
• Birthday toolbox including a pizza cutter, cake cutter, and ice cream scoop.
• Reading nook for storytelling
• Setup, breakdown, and clean up.

Pony Up!

Upgrade your birthday with a truly stress-free party package. With this upgrade, experience the Museum at its full potential. Cowboy Up! package includes all amenities of Goin’ West and the following:

• Museum-themed e-invite
• Cowboy hat for the birthday child
• Table décor
• Additional activities included.
• 30-minute facilitated tour through either Prosperity Junction or Liichokoshkomo’ (will take place during the last 30 minutes of your party time)

Rules

• Birthday parties are held on Saturdays, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Birthday parties require two weeks’ notice.
• Party must start and end at its designated time
• Birthday hosts may arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the start time.
• Be mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions your guests may have.
• Refrigeration is not available.
• No alcohol in the Annie Oakley Society Event Center or Museum
• Birthday candles may ONLY be used within the Annie Oakley Society Event Center
• National Cowboy Museum Education staff will be on-site for your event but are not exclusive to the birthday party
• Payment due at time of registration to confirm your date and time

Cancellation

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to reserved date will receive a full refund or rescheduled date (subject to availability)
• Parties cancelled within less than 30 days-notice will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee
• Cancellation must be made in writing
• Refunds not given for “no shows”
