Goin’ West
Make the Museum your personalized space! This package includes a facilitated space without the hassle of setting up, cleaning up and putting up. It is the perfect package for the DIY party planner!
Package includes:
- Use of the Museum’s Annie Oakley Society Event Center for up to 2 hours
- Access to Liichokoshkomo’ and the Friess Family Playground with free choice of activities
- Admission to the Museum for up to 20 total individuals 3 years old and up
- A Mystery History Box for the birthday child
- Digital signage celebrating the birthday child
- Paper goods for 20 and table coverings
- Birthday cake cutter available for use during the party
- Reading nook for storytelling
- Setup, breakdown, and clean up
Package price: $300 Member, $325 Nonmember
Pony Up!
Upgrade your birthday with a truly stress-free party package. With this upgrade, experience the Museum at its full potential. Cowboy Up! package includes all amenities of Goin’ West and the following:
- Museum-themed e-invite
- Cowboy hat for the birthday child
- Table décor
- Additional activities included
- Scavenger hunt provided to facilitate a self-guided tour through Prosperity Junction (May take place after the party if you wish)
Add Ons:
- Party favors – $5 per favor
- Additional Guests – $10 per person (aged 3 and up), Members are free
- 30-minute Chester the Scissortail Appearance – $50
- Catering – Must be requested three weeks before party date
- All other add-on items must be finalized one week prior to the party date
