A complimentary coat check is available at the Guest Services Desk. For safety reasons, all umbrellas, parcels, purses and bags larger than 15 x 9 x 10 inches — including those used to carry cameras and diapers — must be checked at the Visitor Services Desk at the Museum entrance. Contents may be inspected for security reasons.

All Museum areas are wheelchair and handicap accessible. Wheelchairs and strollers are available at no charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Our organization has worked with The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), a global leader in online training and certification programs, to be designated as a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC). Our staff has completed training and certification in best practices when assisting autistic individuals. By undergoing additional autism-specific training, the goal is for our team to be better equipped to provide better service and experiences to all.

Photography of the Museum interior and exterior is allowed in designated areas only and is subject to the Musuem’s photography policies and image rights terms of use. Photography is permitted for private, non-commercial use only. No monopods, bipods, tripods or selfie sticks; please look for signs in the galleries. Drones are not permitted.

The Museum invites you to sketch within the galleries and grounds. Pencil, crayon, pastel, charcoal and digital drawing surfaces are permitted. Select sketching materials are available on a first come, first serve basis from Visitor Services Desk in the Museum Lobby.

Ball point, acrylic, oils, watercolor, fountain pen, felt tip and ink are not permitted.
