Services Include:
- Initial consultation establishing goals and vision for the event
- Creating a budget and event checklist
- Coordinating and booking catering, vendors and entertainment
- Acquiring hotel room blocks (if applicable)
- Creating and executing a run-of-show production schedule
- Dav-of-event coordination and hands on assistance
Services do not include marketing and promotion of your event; guest list or website oversight/creation; creating content or organizing of scripts/programs; offsite venue coordination; coordinating volunteer labor; or invitations
Pricing
Contract for greater of 5% of event budget or flat fee (see below)
