In addition to preserving Western heritage and supporting children’s education, the members of the Annie Oakley Society honor a woman of significance at their annual luncheon. This award is a way to show respect and admiration for outstanding women, who through true grit and determination, strive to make a difference while leaving a lasting legacy for us all.

The Annie Oakley Society will honor television personality Kathie Lee Gifford at the annual Annie Oakley Society Luncheon held at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum on November 6, 2024.

10—11 AM: Private Donor Reception (Invitation Only)
10:30 AM: Persimmon Hill Store opens (receive 15% discount in the store)
11:00—11:30 AM: Reception in Lincoln Hallway
11:30 AM—1 PM: Luncheon & Award Program
Attire: Business/Business Casual with a Western Flair (think dress and cowgirl boots)
