Indigenous Foodways

Join Native American Chef Sonny Fields (Pawnee) as he discusses the importance of traditional foodways in indigenous cultures and demonstrates how to make a special dish. After the presentation, enjoy samples to supplement your sack lunch. The program begins at 10:30 a.m. and is approximately one hour. Bring a sack lunch to enjoy after the presentation, then embark on self-exploration of Museum galleries. Suitable for elementary students. Preregistration is required by April 19.
