Bruce Caesar is the son of the late Southern Plains silversmith Julius Caesar. Many of the symbols used by Bruce relate to the Native American Chuch. On each side of the center circle is the “water bird” which is a symbol of renewal of life. As Bruce has stated, “symbols mean nothing to the viewer unless their meanings are conveyed through the interpretations of those who use them.”
