This week, listen to Diana Fields, the Chief Program Officer at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum,read “Armadillo Rodeo” by Jan Brett.

About the Reader
Diana Fields is the Chief Program Officer at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. Diana began her career in the museum field at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, DC. She has been focusing on development and programming for over 16 years, recently assisting the Annie Oakley Society with the Museum’s successful $15 million capital campaign, Liichokoshkomo’.
Liichokoshkomo’ is an outdoor educational experience that features hands-on/minds-on interactive exhibits for children and families. Personally, Fields grew up in a multiracial family that was loud and proud about their heritage, including Scottish, Eastern Band of Cherokee and African American roots. And now she and husband Arthur, an enrolled Pawnee and Otoe tribal descendent, are raising their five children in the same way.
